Computer glitch delays payments to city employees (The State Journal-Register)
Due to a computer error, hundreds of Springfield city employees didn’t get paid on Friday. The glitch affected employees who were supposed to have their checks automatically deposited into their bank accounts. Employees who normally receive paper checks got them as usual.
